Hey everyone, just saw this product pop up. As a fitness pro, I'm always looking for supplements that fit a keto lifestyle. These gummies claim to be vegan and gluten-free, which is great, but I'm skeptical about the sugar content. Does anyone know if they use sugar alcohols or natural sweeteners? Also, how do they taste? I've tried other vitamin D3 gummies that were way too sweet and messed with my macros.

KetoKevin, I'm with you on the taste front! As a taste-focused foodie, I've tried these MaryRuth Organics gummies, and they're actually pretty decent. They have a mild berry flavor without that artificial aftertaste some supplements have. They're sweetened with organic tapioca syrup and cane sugar, so not sugar-free, but it's a reasonable amount. Has anyone else noticed if they help with energy levels? I've been taking them for a week and feel a bit more alert in the afternoons.

Great discussion! As a science enthusiast, I've done some digging into this product. The methyl B12 form is a plus—it's more bioavailable than cyanocobalamin, which is common in many supplements. For bone health, the vitamin D3 dosage (I think it's 50 mcg per serving) aligns with general recommendations. BioBob, your energy boost could be from the B12, as it plays a role in red blood cell production. Does anyone have data on the exact amounts per serving? I'd love to compare it to other brands for efficacy.

Jumping in as another fitness pro here. I've been using these gummies for about a month now, and they've been solid for my routine. They're easy to take post-workout, and I haven't had any digestive issues, which is key for me. VibeVitamins22, I checked the label—it's 50 mcg vitamin D3 and 500 mcg methyl B12 per serving. KetoKevin, if you're strict on carbs, you might want to factor in the 3g of sugar per gummy. Overall, I'd recommend them for immune support, but always pair with a balanced diet.

Thanks for the insights, VibeVitamins42! That sugar info is helpful. I'm not too strict, so it works for me. Has anyone experienced any side effects? I've heard some people get jittery from high B12 doses, but so far, so good. Also, do these gummies hold up in heat? I travel a lot and worry about them melting in my bag.

Appreciate the feedback, everyone. BioBob, good point about travel—I'd be curious too. Based on what I'm hearing, these might not be the best fit for my keto goals due to the sugar, but they sound effective otherwise. VibeVitamins22, any thoughts on how the vitamin D3 source compares to non-vegan options? I've read that lanolin-based D3 is common, but vegan ones use lichen. Is there a big difference in absorption?
