THREAD: Just tried OLLY Sleep Gummies - anyone else have experience with these?Started by VibeVitamins42

Hey everyone, I'm a parent of two toddlers and my sleep has been absolutely wrecked for months. I saw these OLLY Sleep Gummies at Target and decided to give them a shot. Took one last night about 30 minutes before bed and actually slept through the night for the first time in ages! The blackberry flavor is pretty decent too. Has anyone else tried these? I'm curious if the effects are consistent or if it was just a lucky night.

I travel internationally constantly for work (digital nomad life) and jet lag is my nemesis. I've tried melatonin supplements before but they often leave me groggy. The addition of L-Theanine and chamomile in these gummies seems interesting. VibeVitamins42 - how did you feel when you woke up? Any morning fog or hangover effect? I'm skeptical about gummy supplements in general since they often have added sugars that don't align with my keto lifestyle.

Crossfit athlete here who needs quality sleep for recovery. I've been tracking my sleep with a WHOOP strap for years. Tried these OLLY gummies for two weeks now. The 5mg melatonin is a solid dose - not too weak, not too strong. What I really like is the lemon balm extract addition - there's some decent research on its calming effects. My deep sleep percentage increased by about 12% according to my tracker. KetoKevin - they do have 2g of sugar per gummy, so might not fit strict keto, but for sleep quality, might be worth the trade-off occasionally.

KetoKevin - I woke up feeling surprisingly refreshed! No grogginess at all, which was my main concern. My kids still woke up at 6 AM, but I actually felt ready to face the day instead of wanting to crawl back into bed. NootropicNoah - that's awesome about the sleep tracking data! I don't have fancy gear, but I definitely feel more rested. Do you take them every night or just when you need them? I'm wondering about building tolerance.

Thanks for the sugar info, NootropicNoah. 2g isn't terrible for occasional use when crossing time zones. The no morning grogginess feedback from both of you is promising. My main issue with sleep aids is they often work TOO well and I sleep through my alarms. Has anyone experienced that with these? Also, price-wise - they seem a bit premium. Are they actually worth it compared to basic melatonin pills?

VibeVitamins42 - I cycle them - 5 nights on, 2 nights off to prevent tolerance. The research on melatonin tolerance is mixed, but better safe than sorry. KetoKevin - I haven't slept through alarms with these, but I also take them exactly 30 minutes before my target bedtime. As for value - yes, they're more expensive than basic melatonin, but the combination of ingredients seems to work synergistically for me. The gummy form also means better absorption than some pill forms. For serious sleep issues, I'd say they're worth trying for a month to see how your body responds.
