THREAD: Anyone tried those OLLY stress gummies? Looking for real experiences before buyingStarted by KetoKevin

Hey folks, saw these OLLY gummies at the airport while I was between flights. As a digital nomad, stress management is crucial when you're constantly dealing with time zones, unreliable Wi-Fi, and client deadlines. The ingredients list looks interesting - GABA, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm. Has anyone actually tried these? I'm skeptical about supplements that promise stress relief in gummy form. Do they actually work, or is this just expensive candy? Also, are they keto-friendly? The berry flavor sounds good, but I need to watch my sugar intake.

Oh wow, this takes me back! Reminds me of the early 2000s when everyone was popping St. John's Wort for stress. I remember blogging about herbal remedies back when MySpace was still a thing. Lemon Balm has been used for centuries - I wrote a whole post about it in 2008! But I'm curious about the modern formulation. Has anyone compared these to traditional stress relief methods? I still swear by chamomile tea and meditation, but maybe these gummies could be a convenient alternative for busy days. The 60-count seems reasonable if they actually work.

As a holistic healer, I approach all supplements with caution. The combination of GABA and L-Theanine is promising for calming the nervous system naturally. Lemon Balm is one of my favorite herbs for anxiety relief. However, I'm concerned about the 'natural flavors' and other additives. Has anyone checked if these are organic? Non-GMO? Sustainably sourced? I'd love to hear from someone who's used them consistently for at least a month. Remember, true stress relief comes from a holistic approach - these might help, but they're not magic bullets. Has anyone experienced any side effects?

Night shift nurse here! I've been using these for about 3 weeks now. Honestly, they've been a game-changer for my sleep schedule. Taking two about an hour before my 'bedtime' (which is 9 AM for me) really helps calm my mind after a hectic shift. The berry flavor is pleasant, not too sweet. I don't feel groggy like with some sleep aids - just relaxed. My only complaint is the price point. At nearly $20 for 60 gummies, it adds up. But for now, the benefits outweigh the cost. Has anyone found them cheaper anywhere? Also, do they work better on an empty stomach?

Thanks for the input everyone! DewyDaphne - appreciate the real-world review from another person with an irregular schedule. I checked the nutrition label online - 2g sugar per serving, so not terrible for occasional use even on keto. SolarSam, you're right about the convenience factor. When you're living out of a suitcase, brewing tea isn't always practical. Ellen, I share your concerns about additives. The website says they're non-GMO but doesn't mention organic. Maybe I'll give them a try for my next stressful travel week and report back. Anyone else notice if they help with work-related anxiety specifically?

DewyDaphne, thanks for sharing your experience! It's good to hear they're helping with sleep regulation - that's often where stress manifests first. For those considering trying them, I'd recommend starting with half the dose to see how your body reacts. KetoKevin, regarding work anxiety - in my practice, I've found GABA supplements can help with that 'wired but tired' feeling during high-pressure periods. But remember to pair them with deep breathing exercises! Has anyone tried taking them during particularly stressful events (presentations, deadlines, etc.) rather than just at bedtime?
