THREAD: Anyone else mixing OLLY Men's Multivitamin Gummies with other supplements?Started by OP

Hey all, just started taking the OLLY Men's Multivitamin Gummies (the blackberry ones) and I love them so far! But I'm wondering if it's safe to take them along with my morning matcha green tea powder? I usually mix the powder into my smoothie. Has anyone tried combining these gummies with other supplements like that? Worried about overdoing vitamins or something interacting weird.

Great question! As a yoga instructor, I always emphasize balance. The OLLY gummies have vitamins A, C, D, etc., which are water-soluble for the most part (except A & D, which are fat-soluble). Matcha has antioxidants and a bit of caffeine. Generally, they should be fine together, but I'd space them out—maybe take the gummy with breakfast and have your matcha 30 mins later? Listen to your body; if you feel jittery or off, adjust. Also, check if your matcha has added vitamins that might double up.

lol, I'm all about nostalgia and remember when gummies were just candy! I've been taking these OLLY ones for months, and I sometimes pair them with a collagen gummy in the AM. No issues here! But with matcha, just watch the caffeine—it might not 'interact' badly, but too much stimulant + vitamins on an empty stomach can feel weird. Maybe try it and see? I'd say go for it, but start slow. Also, blackberry flavor + matcha sounds like a fun combo, haha!

Minimalist here. I keep it simple: just the OLLY gummy daily, no extras. Why complicate things? If you're eating a balanced diet, the gummy covers basics. Adding matcha or other supplements might be overkill and a waste. Stick to one thing unless a doc says otherwise. Less is more, IMO.

As a nature photographer, I'm outdoors a lot and take these gummies for the vitamin D boost! I sometimes have them with a spirulina supplement in my morning juice. No problems, but I agree with spacing things out. Matcha is natural and plant-based, so it should be fine, but always check for fillers or additives in both products. Maybe consult a healthcare pro if you're unsure—better safe than sorry!
